"We have no right to ask when sorrow comes, 'Why did this happen to me?' unless we ask the same question for every moment of happiness that comes our way." ~Author Unknown
Today, I saw my batch mate's post in his Facebook account. It is the quote I put up in my blog entry today. He said it reminds him that bargaining can be a one-sided thing if he doesn't include the other side of the equation. God is fair all the time - why shouldn't we try to be? As in, dumadami na ang reklamador sa mundo, but, at least consciously pinagsasabihan niya ang sarili niya. Actually, he is right! It is such an intelligent way of understanding God's faithfulness. =)
Sometimes, God's way is beyond our comprehension. We tend to question him in times of our difficulties. We became impatient because His time is different from ours. I do feel a bit guilty whenever I feel the same way. So, whenever doubt strikes in, I always pray to God for His constant guidance, and then ask for His forgiveness.
I'll get my thyroid biopsy result tomorrow morning. I must admit I'm starting to get a little nervous. I am worried that the result will show that my thyroid nodules are made up of cancerous cells which will mean I’ll be having surgery to remove a portion of my thyroid, or it could be noncancerous and I'll be starting to take up meds to treat my thyroid problem. Oh my, I am getting all the more anxious discussing this topic. STOP!!!
Thank you, Lord, for everything you've done for me. Lord, I entrust my life and future to you. Lord, please forgive me for not trusting you for my worries about my health. I will always remind myself that I am TOO BLESSED to be stressed.
